In 2010, 2011, and 2012, 75% of the award winners at the Printing Industry of New England Annual Award of Excellence Competition used our litho conversion services.
In 2007 and 2008 we received awards of Recognition and Awards of Merit for our work. On April 4, 2013, we received the highest possible award—A Pinnacle—for the conversion of 6x9 booklet envelopes for RR Donnelley and their client, Nestlé Holdings.

We treat litho like the gold that it can be. We offer free consultation on every phase of transforming a sheet of paper into gorgeous envelopes. We leave no element of envelope design, construction, or manufacturing to chance.
The order quantity can be whatever you need. Use a sheet as small as 11 x 17 or up to 28 x 40. 3 day turn on #10s. Better yet, for small runs of #10s and A sizes with 100% coverage on the seal flaps that bleed off the edge, use an underemployed Heidelberg Windmill to die-cut and score—guarantee perfection and minimize waste. We charge less, you make more, and your customers get perfect envelopes every time. Paper usage can be efficient, too — #10s are 6 up on 23 x 35, which are sheared to 1 up 11-5/8 x 10 for the Windmill.
We also have machines on A-7, 6 x 9, 6 x 9-1/2 and 9 x 12 booklets most of the time, so you can expect rapid turn around times on these popular sizes as well.
Please do not hesitate to consult with us about any phase of a litho or custom envelope job. Send us a pdf or eps sketch and we'll get right back to you.
