We think the picture of an orca best portrays the new custom laminate envelope stock, which is extremely tough, waterproof except at the seams, long lasting (Orcas can live to be over 60!), and prints exceptionally well. Although our Tyvek® stock envelope availability is second to none, we use Orca for custom orders because it  handles more like paper and is therefore much easier for us to work with.

Almost as strong as Tyvek®, but prints cleaner with better color depth. The lamination is paper over polyethelene over paper. Available in our credit card sleeves and custom orders only.

The bottom line for our customers is a nearly equivalent product at a much lower price.
