Welcome
to the Sheppard Envelope business card page. We encourage you to read
this brief introduction to our demo site for on-line business card
ordering, so that you can get a real sense as to why we think our business
card on-line ordering system is light-years ahead of any conventional
system for purchasing business cards.
If you are a reasonably frequent purchaser
of business cards we can save you a ton of time, and maybe even some
money. But if you only need a few hundred for your personal use,
we are not for you.
Our site is designed for two different
kinds of business organizations. The first is for companies that
buy as infrequently as a dozen times a year, but for whom even those
dozen times is a real pain. They want convenience and reliability,
and they don't like having to chase down very important, low cost,
orders. We provide that relief.
The second is for companies that purchase
50, 100, 500 or even more orders a month (regardless of the quantity
of cards on each order). These frequent purchasers can save hundreds
of man-hours on order entry and follow-up. Speaking of follow-up,
there is virtually none because the cards are delivered so quickly
after the order is placed.
Simplicity and standardization are the
keys to our system, including getting started.You e-mail, or send
us, the art for your logo and the layout you wish to use. We match
your type fonts, and you decide the information that is required
and which will be optional.
When it is finished, your ordering page
will look very much like EPOHOME, but the graphics will be totally
yours. Only when you are absolutely satisfied with your site, do
you go "live". The actual ordering of cards can be assigned to just
one person, or it can be delegated to others. We can even set your
system up so that an administrative assistant can OK all orders.
Pricing: To set up your artwork and
establish your account for e-ordering, we charge a flat (one time)
fee of $350. There are no other up-front charges. Two color cards
are run from masters. We print the first color (usually the logo)
and hold these in stock for subsequent addressing. The printing can
be raised or flat, and the stock a cost-saving white Bristol, or
an expensive Strathmore. Printing on the backside is also available.
If masters are required, they are billed
when the first color is printed. Imprint lots of 250, 500 or 1,000
are shipped direct to the person whose name is on the card via UPS.
Billing is monthly, or as shipped, at the appropriate contract price.
